Art on an Island: Watercolor Techniques

Learn from Orcadian artist and entrepreneur, Jane Glue, how to be inspired by the large and small aspects of the Orkney landscape. Visiting some ideal view points and weather permitting, some watercolor techniques may be demonstrated out of doors. Jane, uses many varied techniques from masking fluid to salt crystals. Learn how these various techniques suit the differences in the landscapes. Jane has just opened a new and bright studio space, in the town closet to Evie, and that may be the site for some of our lessons. The studio at Woodwick House will always be available 24 hours.

About the Instructor Jane Glue has her own website www.shorelinesgallery.com. A visit here will let you see much of her work along with information about her as a watercolorist.
