Dance the Week Away

Dancing

Come anytime and work with the local traditional dance groups on the island. While being immersed in history and nature, there will some evenings when you can learn the nuances of Scottish traditional country dancing as the Orcadians do it. Live music and local callers teach you all at the local church hall. One night during your week, visit the local traditional music gathering to hear over 12 accordians in concert! This workshop can accommodate as many as 16 dancing folks.

This workshop is currently under development. In order to best serve the needs of those interested, please contact us. We are able to adjust our schedule to suit your desires in most cases and hold this workshop when it is most convenient for you. We thrive on personalizing your unforgettable trip to Orkney.
